Before I started using this Appraisal tool, documenting the current situation with clients required significant effort. I had to manually cross-reference text descriptions in the KMM to assess the organization's maturity level on its journey toward agility. In my experience with KMM, lower-level evaluations (0-2) tend to focus on specific departments or groups within the organization, while higher-level evaluations (3+) are usually more holistic, applying to the company as a whole. Practices such as cultural values are typically consistent across the organization, although department-specific practices often vary. Now, thanks to the KMM Appraisal Tool, I can track all these insights and stay aligned with the evolving needs of both individual departments and the entire organization.
