- All orders are printed and fulfilled by our trusted print-on-demand partner with the fulfillment facilities around the world. Depending on your destination address, the nearest possible fulfillment location will be assigned to each item from your order.
- Orders are processed within 2-5 business days from the time the order is placed. The production time can vary depending on the product and order fulfillment location. Once the order is processed, it will be shipped out promptly.
Shipping Time
- After the order is fulfilled and shipped, the delivery time depends on the product availability and the delivery destination, typically between 7-21 business days.
- Please note that shipping times may be affected by weather conditions, holidays, or customs processing, which may result in delays beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order, the destination, and the selected shipping method.
- During checkout, you’ll be able to view the total shipping cost for your order.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress.
- Please note that the tracking number may take 1-2 days to update in the carrier's system.
Customs and Duties
- For international orders (in case the fulfillment facility is located ouside the country/region of your delivery destination), customs fees and duties may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
- We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.
Incorrect Address
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

- Since our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective, damaged, or an error occurred in the order fulfillment.
