For example, the Lead Time Drill Down shows the historical trend of lead times broken down by Portfolio, Team, and Individual Contributor - with separate lines for Development and Disco very work types. Use the tabs at the top to switch between Historical View, Predictability, Histogram, Scatterplot, Work Type Overview, and Completed Work Detailed Report.
The Fitness Criteria section gives you an instant health check of your delivery process. The top row displays key metrics: Lead Time, Lead Time Target Met, Delivery Predictability, Delivery Rate Comparison, Value Delivered, and Workflow Efficiency.
Work Overview section breaks work down into Upcoming Work, Work in Progress, and Completed Work - each with a historical view
and v olume counts.
In the Loupe view, clicking on any portfolio item opens a detailed card for that initiative. It includes two status donut charts showing progress distribution (On Track / At Risk / Behind / Not Rated), a completion progress bar across all linked boards, and four summary sections: Scope (total items broken down by Not Started, In Progress, and Completed), Predictive Analysis (forecasted delivery date with estimated confidence level), Risk (risk exposure in days and financial impact), Dependency (dependencies categorised by severity - High, Medium, Low), and a Burndown chart tracking remaining work against the target timeline.
