What is the Kanban+ Pilot Project?
The Kanban+ Pilot Project is a 90-day engagement in which the Kanban+ expert team helps your organisation apply the Kanban Method to your own work and measure the results. You pay €15,000 (excluding VAT) for a 12-month Kanban+ subscription for 50 Enterprise Delivery Management users. Weekly admin support for a year, 13 weeks of coaching and one premium Kanban training track are included free.
Who can apply for the Pilot Project?
Organisations licensing 50 or more users that want to validate Kanban+ and the Kanban Method on real work over 90 days.
We already use Jira or Azure DevOps. Can we still join?
Yes. FlowMetrics works on top of the tools you already use and imports historical data from Jira, Azure DevOps and BusinessMap – so you can start measuring flow straight away, without switching trackers first.
Who delivers the training?
The premium training is delivered by David Anderson, originator of the Kanban Method, and Peter Kerschbaumer, Accredited Kanban Trainer.
Which training tracks can we choose from?
You choose one track: Flow Manager training for up to 50 participants, or Flow & Delivery Manager training for up to 25 participants.
How is the coaching delivered?
Coaching runs for 13 weeks, with one remote day per week with our experts, focused on your own challenges and data.
What happens after the 90 days?
Your licences and weekly admin support continue for the rest of the year. You receive the pilot report and improvement roadmap, and decide with us whether to extend or scale up.
Are prices shown with or without VAT?
All prices are in euros and exclude VAT, which is added where applicable. Invoices are issued by Mauvisoft S.L.
